Three links, no priority
Someone who just watched a video meets a sales page, a checklist and a YouTube link, and nothing says which to click first.
Already built for Colin DeHaan
A webinar funnel at industry benchmarks, worked backwards from the target:
| If your offer is | Enrolments needed | Registrants needed |
|---|---|---|
| $2,000 | 100 | ~4,800 |
| $5,000 | 40 | ~1,900 |
| $10,000 | 20 | ~950 |
Chained together, that’s about 2 enrolments for every 100 registrants (30% × 80% × 25% × 35% = 2.1%).

Every tier, $147 to $797 a month, sells straight off the page with no call. The top tier is daily time with Colin, so revenue can’t grow without more of his hours.
Nothing runs on paid that I could find, so every new member depends on a video going well, and the page has no follow-up behind it.
ROAS is return on ad spend: the money that comes back for every $1 spent on ads. A 10x ROAS means $10 back for every $1, or $10,000 from $1,000 and so on.
A 20-minute discovery call. No plan and no price on it, just whether selling a high-ticket offer makes sense for Gutter Launch. If it does, the plan comes on the second call.
